1. Services Provided

SK Virtual Assistant (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides virtual assistant services including but not limited to:

Administrative support

Email management

Research

Scheduling

Bookkeeping

Special projects by request

We do not provide services outside the scope of agreed projects and reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside our expertise or professional boundaries.

2. Payment Terms

Services are billed by package or special project agreement.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

Work will not begin or continue until payment is received.

All sales are final. Refunds are not offered.

3. Cancellations

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

Services already performed or scheduled within the notice period remain payable.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure services are delivered smoothly, clients agree to:

Provide clear instructions and maintain good communication.

Supply all necessary information, materials, and access credentials in a timely manner.

Pay invoices on time.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay or impact service delivery.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and materials.

Any sensitive information provided will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or with client consent.

Both parties agree to treat all non-public information as confidential.

6. Intellectual Property

All work products created specifically for the client under this agreement are the property of the client once payment has been received in full.

SK Virtual Assistant retains ownership of any templates, tools, processes, or methodologies used to deliver services.

7. Limitations of Liability

SK Virtual Assistant will perform services with reasonable skill and care.

We are not responsible for:

Business outcomes, financial results, or decisions made by the client based on our work.

Errors or failures of third-party platforms, tools, or software.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Termination

This agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for non-payment, breach of these terms, or inappropriate behavior.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, United States. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of North Dakota courts.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging SK Virtual Assistant for services, you (the “client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
